What’s New in Workday Absence + Q&A
First half of the session will be dedicated to Absence Occurrences functionality, which was initially introduced as a part of 2021 R1 and enhanced in R2. Absence Occurrences functionality can help improve accuracy and increase efficiency of Absence reporting by allowing managers to monitor the number of times a worker is absent and consecutive days of their absences. While the feature was initially intended for Absence reporting, with the R2 updates it opens new possibilities for advanced Absence configuration when limits apply to usage of time off, rather than its balances. Second half of the session will be allocated to any Absence-related questions from the attendees.
